Past Performance

C3NS guided our Army Chief of Staff client in the creation of a Program Management Office to oversee the resource management of its multi-billion dollar information technology world-wide portfolio. This function advanced a young office to a mid level functioning operation and is continuing to mature.

C3NS conducted intensive program management support to our US Army Chief of Staff client in the creation of a Portfolio Management Program and plan for the $845B Information Technology portfolio of world-wide Army Installation and Environment systems.

C3NS completed a large program assessment in the development of our Army Chief of Staff client in the creation of a Capital Planning and Investment Management program to oversee the billions of dollar world-wide Information Technology portfolio.
